We don't just fill a room with sound & lighting - we create a feeling you can sense the moment you walk in.
We start with the people and the event: listening to what matters, asking useful questions and shaping the production around your celebration.
Union & Co is a wedding and private event production company built for celebrations that need to look and feel exceptional. We design and install the lighting, sound, staging and dancefloors that turn a beautiful venue into an unforgettable one, working with couples and planners on everything from country house weddings to marquee builds and private parties across the UK. It is not just equipment hire. It is a creative and technical partnership focused on one thing: making sure every guest feels it the moment they arrive.
Human, collaborative technicians. Clear conversations, careful preparation and a team that takes pride in doing a really good job.

Soft light, rich sound, a mood that lingers long after the last dance.
